Well I don't know why is our skin dry in winter season but I have a suggestion to protect your skin to dryness in winter - Try a lotion that is mousturizing, chances are once your face has soaked in the mousture, you won't need the lotion so it won't make you face dry. Some of the lotions might be expensive, but htey will last a long time and they are great quality! Plus the workers there can help you so jsut ask questions and test them out!
