Blood Pressure /Heart Attack

Does tingling in ears is due to high Blood pressure?I know tingling in ears is due to overdose of certain drugs.Could some one tell me overstress might lead to this? Awaiting for your responses.....!

That does not necessarily signals high blood pressure. This is in the same way as heart attack. I think the alert to you would be dizziness and loss of concentration. Usually when you are to have high blood pressure attack you will loose concentration. Some can not even move their hands and feet or they can not even talk. Heart attack usually signals by making you feel tired and have palpitations.

Thank you so much ....! I am able to concentrate and no signs of fatigue.Only thing I could hear is the roaring of the ocean from my ears when I concentrate more on it...do you think it is my myth or it happens to everyone..?
