Which is better CHINEESE food or ITALIAN food ?

I think nothing beats chinese food in the world .. its awesome .. can anyone explain to me what exactly continental food is ?

italians make the best pizza. the best pasta. also if it wasn't for the italians and chinese everyone would probably be eat American Junk food like MC Donalds and KFC etc....
