I actually do not have a good reason to against uniformity, but I just dont like them. I work for the government, and we are free to wear any proper clothes (except t-shirts and jeans). I like that policy, because it gives us freedom to wear things based on our personality and we can look stylish in them. I like buying clothes, and wearing a uniform will be chains on my ankles lol

I think it depends on where you work. If you are in the public's eye, it's proffesional for all store employees to look similar. It gives a sense of teamwork and unity. If you work in manufacturing or industry, there really is no sense in all dressing alike if no one will ever really see. I used to work where I had to wear a logo shirt, but now I am in manufacturing.

I guess it depends on the type of workplace it is. It would save alot of money. I am fortunate that I can wear jeans and T-shirt. I would hate to have to buy office clothes, that must cost a fortune.

It is a gud idea. But i feel normal clothes wud be a better choice as the person feels more comforrable n free in tat. Instead of a uniform normal dresses tat show people dignified can be used. But a major point is tat it all depends on the profession ur in.
