Yes, If someone breaks into my home, I will assume that they mean me harm and yes I am prepared and fully capable of shooting them. I hope I never have to but I can and will to protect myself and my family. If they are just on my property, I would first call 911 then I will stay alert till help arrives or the person or persons break into my home.

Well, of course you can. But as far as whether or not it's legal to shoot an intruder or trespasser - that matter depends on your local laws because they vary from place to place.

i think its fair to shoot some one if there breaking in to your home lets face it there going to hurt you if they get you first

A while back there was an article about the public Prosecutor Of Charleston SC and his not being willing to prosecute people who killed home invaders. So I think it's up to the prosecutor. Years ago my cousin, a police officer, told us that if we shot some one trying to break into our home to be sure and drag them inside before calling the law as you could shoot them inside but not outside the house.

Yes you can, if you feel endangered. However, if they are running away, don't it's illegal, and make sure ya shoot them IN THE HOUSE.
