Have you ever spoken in public (not on grand occasions but for family affairs like wedding or birthdays? Are you nervous? How do you feel?

I can't speak in public. Even my marriage ceremony was very small. I don't like being the center of attention. I get nervous and feel like I'm going to have a panic attack.

Public Speaking - Many people are afraid to speak in fron of many people, specially on a stage, but actually, it's just how to change & control our mindset. Public Speaking is just the same like usual talk
i learned about public speaking since i was on senior high school. It was so nervous when i got first chance spoke to many people in front of me. I realized that i was so sweaty after i off from stage, hehehe...but after i master it then i become addicted in public speaking. It's just how to change our mindset and point of view, that speak in public is just the same like our daily talk. Maybe i had talent to become a lecture, coz when i was on college i've been an assistant for lecture for 4 years :p

I have trouble with the holiday prayer of thanks. Public, family any speaking and I'm a wreck.
