Anyone know if there was a Glade candle recall recently?

Or within the past 5 or so years? Today I was burning a Glade candle I had, and I thought at the bottom it seemed to have some kind of scent plug or something. Well, when it hit that, it burst into flames going over a foot high. I thought maybe it would stop soon, but since it didn't I had to put it out, and now I have wax all over my bathroom! I doubt these things were meant to explode. Any ideas on what caused that?
