Favorite place in Texas? Hidden treasures?

I have lived in Texas my whole life (except for a few study abroad experiences). I feel like there is still so much to explore. There are so many places I still haven't been.
What do you recommend seeing?

My favorite place in Texas is San Antonio at the river walk. My family and I went there on vacation a few years back and it was so beautiful! I absolutely loved it. We also went to seaworld because I love ocean life so they knew they better take me! hehe That was one of my favorite vacations. I loved the scenery and the overall atmosphere and friendliness of everyone! It was a great time!

Yeah, San Antonio is a lot of fun. It's only about an hour away from us. Great idea. We should go more often.
