the process is best when its slow- don't look for a rapid loss- you'll gain it back sooner. change up your diet so that you aren't eating as much junk food. cut out fats and some carbs. exercise to burn off about 100-300 cals a day.

lackingstyle is right. sometimes the faster you lose the weight, the sooner you'll gain it back. so look to lose a sensible amount- about 1-2 lbs a week is recommended. change your diet completely! cut out junky food and sugars. that will help tremendously.

What is the use of dieting, if after exercises, one takes to drinking, smoking, eating fatty foods. The person who wants to diet should be strict in schedules: 1. Drinking water every day 3 litres 2. Doing exercises (indoor or outdoor) for 1 hour 3. Keep the junk food out 4. Keep oily food and fatty food out 5. Try to do meditation for 1 hour in a day 6. Eat lot of vegetables 7. If you have taking heavy lunch, split that into 2 or 3 instalment. 8. Do not watch TV and eat 9. Avoid too many parties and eating out Once you are successful and reduce the weight, donot go about violating your own principles. You will be back to square 1.

Dieting does work..but it has to be proper and work better with a little exercise...just dieting might let you lose weight first..but later on you end up gaining more than what you started with in the first place..

A diet is just your daily foods that you eat. Having a healthy diet could keep you in shape.

hi I know exactly how you feel, but all u need to do is be consistent and results bound to show this plan really worked for me so here goes,If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx good luck

You are suppose to only loose 1 to 2 pounds a week. All those diets like atkins, southbeach and all that are fine and dandy but i think they only work while you are on it. you go off and suddenly you gain back. You have to make a lifestyle change. Stop refined sugars, eat more fresh fruits and vegs. Drink lots of water and watch your calorie intake. Also make sure to have some sort of exercise good luck. i hate trying to loose weight too... and i'm trying to again since having my baby.

Losing weight isn’t a fast process, you’ve spent quite a while building up the fact, why should it suddenly disappear over night because you no longer want to be fat? Exercise and eating less is the only way to do, and it isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle change, otherwise once the diet ends you’ll be back to square one. Check out Sparkpeople.com And yeah, I’ve been there and doing it. I’ve lost 50lb+. I weighed 18 stone, I now weigh 14. I cycle and swim, and I’ve just set up a running regime so every morning I go out running.
