Whats your favorite Christmas recipe?

my favorite dish is Morcon. recipe? hehehe...let's see..it's a particular type of red meat that you will stuff with the following : boiled eggs, hotdog, pork fat, pork liver and cheese. the meat should be greased first with margarine for better taste. after stuffing, cook it in hot oil for a few minutes only, just let the color change. then add tomato sauce and soy sauce. let it boil until tender. that's the best i can give...sorry :)
