What do you think about the "fight or flight" psychological theory?

Which personality type are you? Do you flee from conflict, or confront it head on? I'd say I am a "fight" personality, sometimes too much so. I find it interesting that the introduction of adrenalin into a person's body can trigger different physical responses, and stimulate different nervous systems...

I think I have a flight personality, I'm always running away from problem and try not confront them right away.

Alot of people are like that, eventually they realise that most problems will only escalate if left unattended and eventually they change their personality and become more passive aggressive.

No it isnt a "physical" fight, more the ability to confront problems and adress them, try to resolve them rather than just ignoring them or running from them. I don't believe violence is an acceptable form of behaviour under any circumstance- except perhaps self defence.
