What's the difference between an American student and an English student ?

Typically when people say "English Student" they referring to a student from England. But if the student is in a different country and they say English student then they are referring to an English speaking student which in most cases would be an American. An American student is a student from America.

A little difference, the way they talk or accent. The other is that American are more high technology while the English are more conservative or old fashioned European. This just my opinion.
