How much spam makes it to your inbox?

I was curious how many spam emails do you get in your inbox a day? I use gmail and I think that its spam filter does a pretty good job, I would say that I only get about 1 or 2 spam emails in the inbox a week.
I just read an article in yahoo that says that spam email accounts for 91% of all emails and over the last two months spam email has grown 120%. Holy cow that is a huge amount. They offered the following tips on what to do to keep your spam emails down...

at least 40 per day, but my gmail is doing amazing job...

I get something like 50 spam e-mails per day, but they are filtered by gmail so I don't need to worry about them.

Gmail does a pretty good job at keeping the spam emails in the spam folder for me, too, although I am noticing more and more spam making it into my inbox lately. However, I probably brought this upon myself by signing up for offers through sites like Cashcrate, using my Gmail address. *laugh* What surprised me is that I also have a Yahoo address that I really don't even use, and I hadn't logged into it in awhile, and I logged in to find that I had over 80 messages - almost all spam! How did the spammmers find out about this address that I've really never used for anything except to email a couple of friends once or twice? Sheesh! LOL. Spammers are such a nuisance, don't you agree? *laugh*

I signed up for a gmail account, and that day I started receiving about 3 spams a day (in the junkmail folder but I was still disappointed that a brand new email address, only hours old, would be subjected to spam). I stopped using gmail immediately. Hotmail I receive tons of spam too (10-20 a day) but it all goes to junkmail folder, even legitamite emails sometimes!!!

Well, I have about 20 spam in my inbox everyday. I hate that. I have used spam blocker. But, It still didn't work. I still have many spam in my inbox. Do anyone here can give suggestion for a great spam blocker?

I receive at least 200 spam e-mails everyday. I've been using my e-mail add for about 6 years now so I guess that's the reason why I got so many Spam messages. There are e-mail spiders that extracts e-mail addresses from different websites, that's one of the reasons why someone reaches you even if you do not know them. They use that for business purposes, scams, etc.
