should i change my job

I am workin for this big company n i have got an offer from another company which is also doin good. Should i change my job. My job is quite secure at the place i am workin now. wht do u ppl say??

I dont think so you should change your job as long as you said you are secure and you are already comportable with your present job.

if you are satisfied with the work environment and pay package and other perks than i think you should stay in the same organisation because it might be a little hard for you to adapt to the new job and the conditions in that organisation.
