I would avoid using survey sites for which you have to pay. I’ve made quite a bit from doing surveys. Getting a £50 check from http://www.itsyourview.com/ and there are a lot more sites along with how much I have made from them listed on my website.

myLot is a genuine site which pays but there are some sites which are not so genuine. The trick is you have to understand which one is genuine.

I always read terms and conditions. I have money trying out products. I have a log of all the trials that I signed up for and also the date of when the trial ends. I cancel all subscriptions 2 days before it ends. Yes, you do have to keep up with it, but you do get paid!

Earning money online is really a tough task because the internet is full of cheaters and its very very difficult to find the right sire from where you can earn some money. yep..it is very hard to know what to join I have been thru the paid survey and emails years ago..it seem to talke forever to get to payout level. and by then it seemed they were not paying. To be honest some seem like a waste of time . I know there are severl who feel that to pay for a home buisness or online is foolish but to me they are really the only ones to do really pay. Have you heard the saying it takes money to make money..Now there are alot of Free sites that offer to pay you you will spensd a week a month or 2 and then poof they are having problems.. I think the best advice to follow with doing any work from home is "if you have to pay for anything then stay away from it". My junk mail is full of survey places, I only recall siging up for one that insisted they would pay you cash and NOT prizes, but as you said I had to fullfill an offer which meant me paying for something which like you said would cost more than what you would get in return. There are many legit work from home opportunties on the web. There is a discussiong floating around here somewhere with a whole list of work at home sites, and a few of them I was familiar with and do offer you legit work from home positions, at NO COST TO YOU! The ones I kno off the top of my head are LiveOps, WorkingSolutions, Ver-a-fast Corp, Voice Log. All of these actually paid me for work, although LiveOps will charge a $30 background check since you work with private information and CC's. Ive also learned that doing some shopping online will give your information to companies that will call you and offer you a huge savings of couopons and free gas if you pay for the postage with your CC. Seems like to me that will happen with you as well doing those type of offers online. Id really stay away from that.

Yes, in the company i am working for, they have submitted for a trial with world business directory service. It mentioned it is free for trial period and so my company staff submitted the request for a free trial. After sometime they sent a bill to us for payment and we clearify to them that we didn't asked for the paid service, and they mentioned that it was stated in the terms that if we didn't send a written fax to cancel the service after the trial period, it will automatically consider it as a paid service. We were track ! When i refer back to the terms and conditions it stated at the end of the agreement in very small font size(I should say tiny)and very light in color and not easy to read it !!!
