Spaghetti

i like Carbonara, is a traditional Italian pasta sauce. Carbonara comes from carbone, which is Italian for coal, and many believe the dish derives its name because it was popular among charcoal makers. Others believe, however, that the dish is called carbonara simply because of all the black, freshly milled pepper that is used.

I like both. Actually I enjoy all italian foods. I could probably eat it every night. till of course I got sick of it. I use to eat frozen waffles every morning for about 2 yrs. I got sick of them.

I prefer the alfredo. Sorry, but I don't have any stomach problems while eating them. But check it out. It must be something wrong either with your stomach or your intestines. Please, check this out!

I would have to say that red sauce is all I want. You can keep your Alfredo, just give me lots of tomatoes and hamburger. Mmmmmm Spagetti is actually the best dish my wife makes.

Im not picky or anything.. And I like anythign as well. But if you really wanted me choose, I prefer red sauce with a little spicy taste to it as well. :) Filipino spaghetti with red sauce taste different though. Do you know we sometimes add some condensed milk with our red sauce mix. I forgot the reason why but it still taste good. :)

Definitely red sauce, and homemade red sauce at that. Red sauce is much healthier too. Alfredo is totally fattening, but my husband does like a chicken, red pepper, alfredo sauce dish that they make at Olive Garden (I think it's called chicken scampi).

I usually use tomato sauce. However, I will have alfredo sauce on occassion to change things up a bit.

I like red sauce more... my mom usually makes a homemade sauce and it's delicious!

I depends... I however prefer the Red Sauce, the Afraedo fills me up faster, and I struggle to eat meals with that type of sauce, because of the filling feeling. - DNatureofDTrain

I prefer the red sauce as well. I am lactose intollerant and the Alfredo sauce about kills me.

I always use the red sauce. I don't like alfredo that much.
