It is supposed to be a traffic generating website. I htik though that many of the people on it are not buyers at all but just also trying to get people to their own sites. Check it out. It is free.

I have had an account their for over two years now. I use it exclusively to build traffic downlines. The approach they use for the surfing is unique when compared to other traffic exchanges. I would recommend this site to others to get good quality traffic to your site that are being promoted
