Establish Own Business

One of dreams in life is to establish my own business. To work for myself, maintaning own timing & attain financial freedom. For the last 13 years I am working for someone else and I can't see any progress on my life. Somebody has quoted "Working for other will not make you rich". That is absolutely correct. What do you think? Can anyone fulfil his dreams working for somebody else?

Idea is great, but to start a business I tried many network businesses,like amway, modicare, rcm,dxn but i was unable to succeed.For doing business a different type of attitude is required, some have others do not have, I have realised business is not my cup of tea atleast.
