Yea before I got my medication 3 yrs ago I had serious insomnia (have had it for many yrs actually) so I lived on the internet unless there was a good movie on...

well when I dont take my meds (like last night for example) I generally read or watch tv..sometimes I'll soak in the tub or do some painting....it all depends on my mood...if I think I can be quiet enough I'll do housework etc..

I catch up on things, like house work or the bills. I hate TV in the early AM, so if I'm awake I try to do something useful with my time. I still hate it though, wish I could sleep all night with no problems.
