can man survive in space without artificial atmospheric condition?

Man has started to go to space and work there. Some one has staye in space station for one year some others for 3/6 monts. How is the health of these people after their return. are they normal? Do you know what happened to the two men who are Moon landers?
How long do you thinkman can remmain inspace without returning to the earth?

Sooner or later we will be able to produce an artificail condition similar to earth condition. It is going to happen in the next 80 years.
