What is the solution to elect the good politicians?

While the election time politicians giving money to the public after getting money people selecting a wrong person as their leader. it's regularly happing in india. that's why india still it is developing country. other wise it's developed country in the world.

I think the need to correct is not the politicians but the court system. Every one says this politician is corrupt that politician is corrupt. But the court system takes too much time to decide. Most politicans die before a final verdict is delvered on their corruption.
The number of appeals available to a party to case is too much. Besides in each of these appeals they can take vaidha after vaidha. So cases drag on for years.
Just think if a large company in India wants to chuck out an employee legally. Do u know the number of steps it has to undergo to actually complete the process? In how many technicalities that employee can escape getting out of his job (assuming he has done a big enough crime to be dismissed)?
