how to lose weight b4 smas?

i need to lose about 10 lbs before the xmas season. can anyone of you help me out? what is best for me to do? what have u tried? i would really appreciate it....its bet if you can attahch photos together with your posts also...thanx..;)

I know it's not Christmas anymore but maybe you can diet just in time for Valentine's day. hehe. The last ten pounds are the really hardest lose. They're the ones that try to cling to your body parts no matter how hard you try to get rid of them! Anyway, what I suggest is to enroll in a fitness club near your house/work/school so you can religiously exercise there. Exercise at least thrice a week. Less than that won't be very effective. Substitute one meal, preferably dinner, with a lighter one such as salad. Use fat free dressing of course. Eat food with lots of fibers such as veggies and whole wheat bread. Fibers make you feel full and aid in digestion. DO NOT DRINK COKE OR JUICE. Drink only water. And finally, when you feel depressed don't binge out. Instead, buy yourself new clothes/stuff that will cheer you up. So there.... I've given my two cents worth. Although, I really don't think you need to diet anyway. ;D
