The way I used to do it is keep taking the Puppie outside teach it that when it has to go it needs to let you know cover your Floors in News Paper and each day remove one piece each Day so that it learns it has to go in a certain area but also once it has done something tell it no and take it outside This worked for me it is hard work but worth it in the end

How about sending it to the professionals to train? I think it's pretty hard for one to train by themselves.
