TECHNICAL DIFFERECE BETWEEN PI,PII,PIII AND P4 CONFIGURATION

Normally, everybody has the same buzword, diffence in clock speed or processing speed or both. One school boy and and an Engineer has the same version. What would be the technical differnce ? Has anybody seen the basic drawing to understand the price varience as we do for other components.
