Creatine ... is it a drug?

my 16 yr old wants to take it to bulk up. I don't know a lot about it do you?

Well, I'm not sure, but I think that you should do some research on it, so you know for sure. After all, it never hurts to be educated about what is going on in your child's life. I think you should ask your son about it, and why he rather use supplements to bulk up, as opposed to doing it the old-fashioned way.

exactly what you said your not sure creatine doesnt do it by itself you still need to workout and by the way the old fashioned way bodybuilders did it was with steroids and im sure shed rather her son use creatine rather than steroids

exactly, so that's why I feel he doesn't need to be taking this stuff. Sometimes it's hard to know if you are doing the right thing with your kids ya know?
