watermelon soup
5 cups watermelon, seeded and cubed
2 cups mango, peeled and diced
1/4 cup lime juice
3 Tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 Tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1. Place 3 1/2 cups watermelon and 1 cup mango in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Dice up the remaining 1 1/2 cups watermelon and 1 cup mango into tiny pieces and add to the puree.
3. In a small, separate bowl, combine the lime juice, mint, ginger, honey and cardamom. Add this to the previous mixture and stir well.
4. Chill and serve.

My top three soups are wonton soup, chicken and matzo ball soup, and my homemade tortellini turkey soup. So, I guess you can say I do make homemade soup. Each year after Thanksgiving, I use the bones from the turkey and brew up my homemade turkey broth/stock, which becomes the base for my soup. It has become a traditional soup for my family.

I love the tomato, mix vegetable and corn soup. Yeah we do prepare sometimes Tomato or Mix vegetable soups at home. And we get the fresh vegetables and tomatoes from the market and make the same at our own convenience and the biggest advantage of the home made soups is that they don't have any preservatives or colouring substance and they taste good which keeps us healthy too.
