I grew up in the suburbs of a major metropolitan city in Canada. I know live in a very urban area, and love the conveinence of shops at my door, public transit, museums, and generally the hustle and bustle of city living. Sometimes I wonder though, what life in a rural or country setting would be like.

I was born in Cuba, Alabama - but not raised there. When I was 2 1/2 my parents moved to Michigan. I have lived in Montgomery, Quincy and now Coldwater/Kinderhook Michigan.
I would say I was actually raised in Quincy though. I mostly grew up there. From 1st grade til 9th.
Right now I live in the middle of nowhere. It's great because it's a lot of woods. It is also very boring and their are not many near by job opportunities either. It's good for those that like peace and some quiet (when it's not hunting season).

I grew up in Trenton,NJ which is a city, I love it but as of now it is to dangerous out here. I would rather move to somewhere safer to raise my children safe!

I grew up in west London, having been born just down the road in an inner London borough. When I was about 15, the family moved further outwards into the outer suburbs. Right now, I'm resident in outer suburbia, but it's still pretty populous, as London's urban sprawl is now vast.
