Me new Here! Can anyone help me out! About the necessary steps to finalize the account? Wat is paypall? How to earn? Anything u know??

pay pal is a way to collect or send money via thier account. kind of like Western Union. Go to paypal and sign up. Never respond to paypal via of internet, always sign in. Set uo the account come to my lot and put in account email to verifiy it.

Should mine be a personal/premier/business account! I dont have a credit nor debit cards!

I do business on ebay and had mine for a few years. But for something like this i'm not sure. I know you can set up to recieve funds with a checking account. They would need to verify you and I not sure how you would go about doing that. If your in the US you can call them. But I would send them an email to ask them which account is better.
