Is cellphone a good gift to your loveone?

I think it would be a great gift to give a cellular phone to someone, that is if you can afford it. I would love to receive a cellular phone from someone. Although ofcourse it would be nice if the cellular phone would be better than my current phone. Well, beggars cannot be choosers. I hope I would receive a cellular phone from someone this christmas!
