Do you think about how you take care of yourself as you work at your computer? I always feel eyesight is more and more bad,and shoulders are sour.

I have a very good resolution at my display monitor and i have very well known brand name Dell. You should buy a good monitor if you don't want to have problems with you eyes.

you should have a rest every 2hours,it's more important to stay healthy.
