It pumpkin pie time

Ok people I am going to make a pumpkin pie which I love just alittle bit too much. Have any different suggestions in the receipt?

I love pumpkin pie as well as most anything else pumpkin. I make many pumpkin recipes every year and I always use fresh pumpkin, not canned. It's easy and believe me it makes a big difference in the taste - it's much better with fresh pumpkin. All you need is a fresh pie pumpkin (they are smaller than jack-o-lantern pumpkins but more tender). Cut it into quarters and remove the seeds. Then put it into a baking pan and cover the pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until it's tender, then let it cool. Once it's cool you can scoop out the meat or just peel off the skin. Then, mash the meat and you're done.
