Well, anger is a natural response to certain situations, but it's all in how you handle it. There isn't a way of escaping it completely, but we can learn how to deal with the emotion without hurting those around us physically or with insults and screaming. If you struggle with anger you should see someone. If you're like most of us and just would like to be in more control of it, you can. I find exercise helps a lot. If you stay active you'll find you won't get as angry as easily. Also, getting enough sleep at night and avoiding stressful situations should help.

No, never. Anger is never the right away to approach a problem, you’ll always work against what you are aiming to achieve by getting angry. It is pointless to the cause and can only cause further tension to arise. Go with a soft voice and common sense you’ll get a lot further! Unless of course you’re in a shop where costumers are about, shout as loud as you want! They’ll quickly give all you ask.
