I just responded to a discussion and my rating went down by 30 points, i assure that ive not responded with yes or no answers, i always give good responses and if i cant i simply dont answer, im otherwise not in violation of the guidelines either but my real question is will my earnings go down tommorrow because of my decreased ratings? if your rating has gone down but your earnings either did or didnt can you please let me know?

I`m sorry for your problem, you should contact with mylot staff in order to recieve one answer though many people on mylot had the same the problem so dont worry a lot for that problem, have a geat day on mylot!

I think mylot has been having problems, yesterday my rating kept going down but I'm happy to say that after logging on today, I noticed that it didn't have any affect on my earnings. Try not to worry about it too much, this seems to happen from time to time but they get it straightened around eventually. The most important thing is that it doesn't affect your earnings...

thank you, i definetly dont mind if my ratings drop because theyll deleted discussions as long as my earnings dont drop, i always try to give good quality answers and if it happens to be a repeat question i respond to i would hate to lose my earnings (i dont want to start doing searches before i answer a question:)

Well.. just today I raised a topic about this.I have also had the same experience. I always answer with reasons as much as possible and never give short answer or copied ones. Anyway I got my rating decreased on many occasions. However, I can not say how much effect it will cause to my earnings.But I think it has to do something with earning also.

its ok. rome was build in a day. practise make sa man perfect. so even if u loose money ,you will learn that this is not thhe way for success. and then u wll choose another way.

Wow, 30 points is a big drop. I've had it go down before, but not that much. It always seems to work out for me. Let us know if changes your payment.

Like the others said, it happened to most of us. My score went down about 5 to 10 points per day. But my earning seems like not affected. I believe mylot admin is doing some adjustment out there. Hope it will be back to normal soon.

it happened to me yesterday. i started yesterday at 806 posts and after i added a comment on a discussion my ratings went down to 786. after i posted another comment on a discussion it further slid down to 782. i managed to get it back to 800 posts. the good thing is even after myLot decreased my number of posts it increased my earnings. weird, ain't it?

Both my earnings and my rating went down today, and I cannot figure out why. Like you, follow the MyLot guidelines when posting, and I ignore the polling and one-word discussions. I even re-read the guidelines this morning. I'm not sure what is going on. Maybe MyLot is having glitches in the system, or they are changing things. I'll just keep doing what I have been doing, because it's still fun and informative to be here.

If we keep on repeating the topic of discussions and don't respond properly then it is going to happen, But I have also heard this for the first time.
