Would you consider renting a room in your house..

i dont think i would...it's too dangerous...be it male or female occupants. i dont want to go through the hassle of trying to ask them to move out and they refused.

I have done this before. I had some extra room and let my friend and her two kids stay here. Yes, it was a little extra money but its hard living with other people if you are already set in your ways. But the only way I would ever do it again, is if I knew the people. I wouldn't rent out to a stranger.

Only if I had a basement that I could rent out. It would be like a small apartment seperate from my house. I wouldn't want someone just walking around in my house but of course I'd do background checks and what not.
