4 oz spaghetti 1 garlic clove 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil 8 cherry tomatoes, halved 3 oz feta cheese, crumbled 1 tsp fresh chopped basil nutmeg and black pepper (freshley grated is best), and salt to season a few black olives (optional) to serve In a large pot of lightly salted water, boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the box, then drain and set aside. In the same pan, heat the garlic clove in the oilve oil for a few minutes, then add cherry tomatoes. Increase heat to fry the tomatoes lightly for one minute, then remove garlic clove and discard. Toss in spaghetti, season to taste with nutmeg and basil, then stir in the crumbled feta and chopped basil. Check seasoning, minding that feta is quite salty, and serve hot, topped with olives. if you like try it easy.
