why not? your husband must be your friend, he's the closest person to you.. he's the person who you spend most of your time with, and he's the one who shares with you all the interests and dreams! the good marriage must have love, respect and friendship alltogether!!

If you can't openly discuss things with your partner, then you shouldn't be married to them. One of the keys to a good marriage is open communication. How can you have that if you can not talk to your spouse about everything?

I think that it depends on the problem that she is having but most of the time the wife should not be afraid to tell her husband of what her problems may be no matter how dumb or severe they are...and vice versa. My husband and I always have open communication and sometimes it may turn into an argument but we get through it. Men like to fix things so if it is just that yuo want to vent, sometimes they want to solve the issue when there is really nothing to be solved. So I think that is why some women feel they do not want to tell their spouse about certain things.
