if a person lie in first meeting,could he ever be a good friend?

yes may be see may be someone lies because he/she scared of you that what you will feel and if you lie to your friend and get goof friendship and then make him/her understand very clearly and decently ki this was happened with me and please forfive me and all see i dont know about others but perception vise i think so it should be accepted

You know, I think you are going to get all sorts of different replies on this. It might all be tied up in how much lying bothers the person responding. Personally, I loathe lies, lying and liers. It's a deal breaker for me and if I catch on that someone I have met has been telling tales from the get-go, I might be inclined to quietly back away and discontinue the relationship. Lies destroy people and if I can keep away from adding new people to my circle who are going to be dishonest, all the better.
