Do you check trans fat?

Whenever you are buying any food itmes or snacks will you check the trans fat?.there should not be transfat as it is the cause for cholesterol and heart disease.I even check the sell by date.Because some items are will be sold even than expiry date.

I haven't been checking but realize the importance of doing it. I should pay as much attention to this fact as I do calories, etc. Eating heart healthy foods is important.

I check everything on food. Trans fat is deadly. Lately I start checking cleaning product and I am slowly switching into natural solutions like vinegar and salt.

yeah,everytime that i buy any food at the market,i like to read what it has..and i check with the food has trans fat too:)
