BOTH HEMA MALINI AND REKHA ARE BEAUTIFUL; CANNOT COMPARE THEIR BEAUTY; BUT DEFINITELY REKHA IS A BETTER ACTOR THAN HEMA. SO I WOULD RATE REKHA MORE THAN HEMA.
