Should Kashmit be handed to Pakisthan

I think so that independent views of kashmirians should be taken and then a final decision should be taken as it is becoming a headache of helping the kashmirians by India.Also Kasmhir is taking advantage from India and Pakisthan for their selfish intentions.What do you think.

By the way can you justify how is it Indias part and through which rule of Independence India holds it. it is a Muslim majority area with people who dont want to live with India.

It is the part of India because at the time of independence kings can join either India or Pakistan and King Hari singh prefer India
