DLL files

I have deleated a DLL file by mistake.how can i get it from the net. file name is MYWEB~1\bar\2.bin\MWSBAR.... whenever i start the PC i get this messege:-C:\progra~1\MYWEB~1\b... could not be loaded. pl help
