Sleeping Problem

I have this sleeping problem. No matter what i do i can't sleep at night and when the sun rise i feel sleepy which is not right coz i have to take care of my children at day time.

I have the same problem, Im even tired around 10pm but then next thing i know its 8am and im still not asleep and sometimes not even that tired and then i have to work at 10am so its stressful on my body.
