I have lost about 20lbs in 2wks. and possibly way more since it has now been 6wks since I have had my little one in which clears me to now exercise.(c-section) I have at least another 40lbs to go. I have been pregnant 4 times in a row but lost my first. So I am DEF. ready to have my body back! My problem is how do you keep the skin from sagging? Is my best bet only surgery? Or is there a sure fire cure to keep your skin from doing this. Any good exercises you would like to share would be helpful to. Thank you for your input!

I am anxiously awaiting the answers you get! My new years resolution is to lose 50 lbs. That is a little more than a pound a week for 2007. Im thinking about joining Curves or LA Weight Loss. I really want something where I can work out and de-stress away from my kids a bit. I lost 30lbs before getting pregnant with my youngest, by just drinking at least half my weight in oz of water every day. (I was 240lbs, I drank 120oz) I cant seem to function lately on just water though so drinking Dr Pepper has been a lifeline! I hope you get some good answers! :)

I too am looking to join a exercise class or what have you. I really enjoyed taking a dance step class(also had a personal trainer too, but didn't like doing the cardio/tred mill BLAH) back when I was in my early twenties and baby weight did not matter. But I am having a hard time finding anything like that around here. Sounds like we have alot in common. Lately I have just been not eating during the day and then eating what I want at night. Sounds crazy but it's been working for me and the baby weight has been falling off. It's funny b/c my husband is starting to get a little insecure now that I am starting to look like my old self again. LOL...

The only way for me is drinking lots of water, working out daily and cutting out the fat and sugar. Good luck and stay postive.
