Has anyone bout this new cd yet? I havent but maybe Santa will leave one in my stocking. I am happy to see he put out a cd despite not winning American Idol. I though for sure he was going to win,I thought he was awesome. Cant wait to hear the cd. Sometimes I wonder if America is really voting on who wins these reality shows shows, because sometimes the winners are unbelievable. The same goes for awards shows.

I would like to hear a few slower lesser hard rock songs-even though i know rock is his thing-he should mix it up more to appeal to a wider audience-i think kellie pickler is goin to give em all a run for their money from season 5 because her debut cd is really good

I disagree with the Kelly comment. I haven't heard her CD, but I listened to the 30 second bits of her songs, and her voice sounds really whiny and just not appealing at all. But maybe I'm wrong, I just think Chris needs to get a new PR company and get his name out there. I wouldn't have ever known he even had a CD if my friend hadn't found it. And she even found it by accident. Then again, I didn't know Kelly Pickler had a CD out till I saw her on The View.

my mom bought it and i listened to it and was not impressed. i was a major fan of his on american idol and couldnt wait for this cd. i mean its better than not having a cd of his at all but it really isnt anything special.

He was on Ellen Degeneres last week. He has recorded a CD but it is a band. He is the lead singer of the band, which is named after him - Daughtry. I think it's great that he brought some friends along for the ride.

I just got the CD the other day and it's pretty good. I'm sop happy that he's doing great despite the fact that he didn't win American Idol!

The CD is good. If you ever heard his pre-idol stuff with his old band, its not near as hard as that, but its still good. He lost a little of his edge by signing with a record company who would restrict him from doing HIS thing, but not near as much as Bo was restrcted when he put out his CD.

This CD is great! I guess the process he went through to find band members was also extensive. He made sure these people could write and play, they weren't just friends of his he decided to put in his band. He totally should have won last year, not that moron Taylor. But that's what happens when you leave things up to America, or people don't vote because they think their person has it in the bag. Hopefully this year people have learned, and they will vote, or votefortheworst.com will win again, just like they did this year.

Daughtry performed on New Year's Eve in Times Square-that had to be awesome. I think would have rather seen Elliot win last year rather than Taylor, and I didnt care for him much either. Have you seen him lately though? Has had a makeover and does look alot better.

I bought it about a month ago and love it. It seems like quite a few people on here don't like it. But I love his voice. Plus he is super sexy!!!!

I definitly have bought the cd and I absoloutly love it. He really did deserve to win American Idol last year but despite all that I believe he came out on top. In my opinion American is voting for the wrong reasons and not based on how well they can sing. As far as the award shows go I wonder the same thing.
