I love Roasted Chicken... Do you?

I like chicken to be cooked in any way, fried, roasted, or boiled. I am just crasy about chicken. But I don't like KFC so much and I seldom have meal there. Talking about chicken, I enjoy the way my mother makes it. Every year end when it comes to the Spring Festival, we all go home to have family reunion. My mom would cook chichen in a very special way. It takes the whole day to cook it and I have no idea about the process but just enjoy it. I am begining watering... Miss my mother...

i'm a roast chicken guy myself but if i were the one doing the cooking, it might end up getting barbecued instead

I like roasted chicken.........but I prefer it cooked in a rotisserie. I don't have a rotisserie so it doesn't taste as good as it could. = [

What a question that stir you up your stomach for some food!I can say that I love to eat chicken in every way that can be cooked:fried,or boiled .But the best about chicken is the accessories that you put beside and here I mean to some garlic sauce!What a good meal you will have!Just try to taste in this way some fried chicken and you will see that the benefits will be multiple.Because I have already said too much and eating to less,I finish here the story about Loving Chicken!!!!!!!!!!!
