Do you get along with your Mother in Law?

I guess I am one of the lucky ones, I love my mother inlaw, she is like a second mom to me. She is a wonderful lady, and a wonderful grandmother to my children, she is also a wonderful friend to me too.

Ha ha ha! I got along with my ex-mother in law pretty well, although we don't speak much anymore. But, any mother-in-law who eats mustard on their turkey....well, enough said... ;-)

Most of the time I get along with my mom-in-law. Sometimes she says things that make me mad, but my husband makes me mad more than she does so I guess its a pretty good relationship

I hardly ever see my mother in law, so I think we get along ok. I didn't get along with my last mother in law that well. But I think now we would get along better. I'm (hopefully) a little more mature than I used to be.

If u ever hear, any one getting along with her m-in-law,it will be a mirecle,Just knowing she a seperate individual with her own thoughts,and feelings,and nothing we can do to change it,accept her as she is and things will get better.Treat her with respect, she may feel deep down that u have taken her son away fromher and that makes her insecure.

you could say....we tolerate eachother for the sake of my sweetheart...but I wont put up a show for her dad...hes an a**hole.

Do what I do and try to avoid her at all costs...lol

Yeah for the most part i do get along with my mother in law but my mother doesn't like my guy.

I get along fine with her,because i humor her most of the time.

having a mother in law who does not like you is really a big challenge! just try to be civil to her because she is still the mother of your husband. lucky for me, I have a wonderful mother in law.
