Key fob programming, 2002, Chrysler town and country

I purchased a used key fob on e-bay for my used mini-van. One key fob came with the vehicle, I need to know how to program the one I bought

i also have a fob which needs programming, for a ford mustang gt. I don't really want to know where to go for I know that. I want something for nothing, free instructions.

I'm facing a similar problem with my 2004 Aveo. I only got one key from the dealer and plan to buy another one somewhere else because the dealer charges $140 and I don't know if that includes programming. On some cars, all you have to do is put the key into the ignition and turn it on (but not start it). I don't know if that will work. I plan to ask my dealer about programming a new key because I will need one, soon.
