i couldn't sleep for one hour if i tried.it takes me about that long just to fall asleep.i usually get 7 or 8 hours of sleep.

I think I too did that...but next day it will be very difficult for me to control myself..

that's a nap... whoa tha's really hard... i sleep minimum of 4 hours a day will do. but 8 hours is the best..
