Its a bad time for the entire Indian Team now. i think experienced players like Sachin should be the backbone for the team now. Sachin is not only a batsman but also a great Mentor for the team and he should be with the team atleast till the next World Cup. At this stage I think Ganguly, Sachin and Dravid should be the pillars of Indian team who can really strenghten the team and play the mentor's role nicely.
