Who is week point of INDIAN CRICKET TEAM? And why?

i think lack of game practise and loosing complete concentration on the game during the off-seasons is the main reason for the dip in performance. As a player they cannot completely avoid practising. Lack of confidence is the clear evidence that these guys do not concentrate on the game much and involve more in extra curricular activities.

all are week cause they concentrate on add industries a lot rather than criket ... team spirit not there .. no coordination ...

I think Indian team member's are not looking their perform they look only his AID earning only. I think new palyer should of the Indian Cricket Team.
